A UX/UI project for a subscription e-bike rental service, developed as an AFC pre-exam (120 hours). I ran market research and competitor analysis, defined the audience and personas, designed user flows and wireframes, and built a complete Figma prototype with an interactive configurator.

The project also includes a promo video made in After Effects and DaVinci Resolve. The goal was to make product customisation (model, colour, accessories) feel smooth and on-brand, from the homepage to checkout.
